We have a dedicated lettings department to make sure you and your property always have our attention. For fully managed properties, this includes a property manager, as we know how important it is to always have someone to deal with your property.
The Property Ombudsman
We are regulated by The Property Ombudsman and follow their strict guidelines and Code of Practice. This ensures that our services are meeting your needs and give you peace of mind. This scheme provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between member agents and tenants or landlords of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is totally independent of the member agency and reports directly to the Ombudsman Council which has a majority of non-industry members.
Client Money Protection
Client Money Protection is covered by Propertymark’s Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme, meaning you can rest easy in that knowledge that your money is safe. The rules of the scheme are available here, and our CMP certificate can be viewed here.
